We recommend that before you contact us, you prepare the following information:

Tell us what you are trying to accomplish? If you are buying, give us a rough idea of what you are trying to spend. Do you know how much you want your payment to be each month? How much can put down as collateral on your new purchase?

If you are refinancing or trying to obtain an equity loan, how much are you looking to borrow? What is the purpose of the proceeds? What are your short and long term financial goals?

Verification Unless you are doing a little or no verification loan, you will need to prepare the following information for us to help us make an approval.

• Income Verification- 2 most recent pay statement and W2 tax forms for the past 2 years. If you are self employed you will need full personal and business tax returns for the previous two years.
• Deposit/Asset Information- verification of 2 months worth of bank or retirement deposits or reserves.
• Proof of Hazard Insurance- property must have adequate insurance coverage.
• Bankruptcy/Divorce information and other supporting documentation- legal documentation may be required to resolve credit issues.

Go easy on other purchases! Do not let anyone pull your credit during the loan process. Please do not make any large credit purchases without the consent of your loan officer. Any shift or change in your credit rating could adversely affect the processing of your loan.

Continue to pay all of your bill Please do not neglect your responsibilities to make payments to creditors during the loan process.
